MATTIS custom embellished dog collar with nameplate was handmade combining brown foreground leather with black leather padding. It incorporates lion or wolf head embossing, as well as rustic “Battle shields” and “Celtic hounds” brass plated conchos. Vintage name plate with engraved lions or wolves is in the center of the collar. You can choose between Mattis with Lions and Mattis with Wolves.
MATTIS custom embellished dog collar with nameplate fits large to medium sized dogs, neck widths 18-23 inches, such as Rhodesian ridgeback, Dogo Argentino, Tosa inu, Doberman, German shepherd, Airedale terrier etc.
First eyelet on: 46 cm (18″) or 48 (19″)
Last eyelet on: 56 cm (22 in) or 58 (23″)
Width: about 6 cm (2.35 in) ends taper where the collar buckles up

Sauri leather dog collars are compact – firm but not stiff. Leather edges were hand skived, polished and painted for more elegant look and suppler feel around the neck. To avoid riveting on collar’s inner side we hand stitch the buckle part. This traditional leather crafting skill makes Sauri dog collars especially well suited for dogs with fine hair and/or sensitive skin. Collar’s tapering ends provide much comfort under the chin when dog is wearing it.
Care & maintenance
For regular care you should wipe off the collar from mud and similar dirt using a semi wet cloth followed by a dry one. Collar’s foreground leather can be treated with a neutral water resistant leather protectant spray & leather impregnation spray. Avoid soaking the collar with water.
