HIRANYA green leather dog collar is a particularly graceful dog collar. It is tastefully embellished with beautiful golden embossing and central “Celtic hound” amulet. It consists of three leather layers:
Foreground dark green leather
Underlying grey leather with golden curvilinear embossing
Nubuck background leather
Green leather dog collar with golden thread
Celtic hound amulet symbolizes hunting and healing. Hounds were the traditional guardian animals of roads and crossways and are believed to protect and guide lost souls in the Otherworld. Golden leather embossing resembling Ariadne’s thread is framed with two additional corner leather pieces.
Hiranya green leather dog collar is designed to fit long, slender, well muscled necks and fits all greyhounds, Lurcher, Saluki, Azawakh etc. Various other dog breeds can easily wear it too – neck widths 13 to 17 in.

Hiranya green leather dog collar is a unique leather product. It means that we can only design a similar one once the one shown in the shop is out of stock.
Sauri leather dog collars are compact hence firm but not stiff. We hand skive, polish and paint leather edges for more elegant look and suppler feel around the neck. To avoid riveting on collar’s inner side we hand stitch the buckle part. This traditional leather crafting skill makes Sauri dog collars especially well suited for dogs with fine hair and/or sensitive skin.
For regular care you should wipe off the collar from mud and similar dirt using a dry cloth or a soft brush. Collar’s foreground leather can be treated with a leather protectant spray. You can brush off nubuck leather on the collar’s inner side if it gets excessively dirty.
